演講題目：Sequential Designs with Measurement Errors of Logistic Regression Models : An Application to Educational Testing

摘要：Measurement errors are very common in practice. Motivated by the online calibration problems in computerized adaptive testing, we study the properties of estimation of logistic regression models when the designs are adaptively chosen and subject to some measurement errors. A bias-corrected estimate for the online calibration estimate is proposed. Under some moment criterions on the designs, we are able to prove the strong consistency of the estimate. By applying this result, together with the multi-stage sequential design to the online calibration of computerized adaptive testing, we are able to construct a prescribed accuracy estimate of the item parameters. Simulations studies also show that our result is efficient in terms of the size of designs and is much accurate with previous estimates.
